Yes, our sessions are completely confidential barring a few caveats where I am legally obliged to notify a third party.

This would only happen when I consider you or anyone else to be at serious risk of harm or should you break the law in terms of money laundering, drug trafficking or terrorism. 

Where possible I would first discuss the need to break confidentiality with you.
